Aleutian Peninsula Broadcasting, Inc. employs a team of full-time, part-time and contract employees to oversee the operation and development of KSDP. The Board hires a General Manager and he or she is charged with maintaining approved staff and volunteer levels. Vacancies are posted locally in Sand Point, throughout KSDP's service area, at public radio locations state-wide and on-line at KSDPradio.com.

Biography A graduate of Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York, Kells Hetherington has a Bachelors of Science in Communications Management. He is also a graduate of the Hotchkiss School in upstate Connecticut. Hetherington and his family have spent many summers at West Chop on Martha's Vineyard.

BiographyAlways a Southerner by
heart, Tony Gorman had more than his fair share of winters by living in the Midwest for seven years. Gorman graduated from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2005 with a Bachelors of Journalism in
broadcasting and a Bachelors of Arts in history. He's a
member of Public Radio News Directors Incorporated, the Radio and Television
News Directors Association, the National Association of Black
Journalists, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. On Saturdays in
the fall, you can find him cheering for his Huskers. In summer, he's pulling for
his St. Louis
Cardinals.

Biography A graduate of Maudrey J. Sommer High School in Tanana, Shannon studied at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Shannon moved to Sand Point in September 2006 and has lived all over the State of Alaska.
